• Setup a simple CRM for lead tracking (Airtable works fine)
• Create a Stripe account for payments
• Create a Cloudflare account for domains + hosting

Phase 4: Build in Public

• Post your first "I'm building X" announcement
• Document your first week in a public journal post
• Join 2 founder communities (IndieHackers, X, Discord)
• Find 1 accountability partner or peer founder
• Schedule weekly review (every Sunday, 30 min)
